In Pibox, the Archive Group feature lets you hide a group from your project list indefinitely. You can restore (unarchive) the group at any time. Archiving is a great way to keep your workspace clean without deleting important projects.

💡 Note: This feature is available on the Pro plan and above. Only administrators and owners can archive or unarchive groups.

How to archive a group

  1. Locate the group you want to archive.

  2. Click the ellipsis (three dots) next to the group name.

  3. From the drop-down menu, select Archive.

  1. In the confirmation pop-up, click Archive to finalize.

The group will now be hidden from your active projects list.

How to unarchive a group

  1. Click the plus (+) button in your group and project list.

  2. In the drop-down menu, select Unarchive group.

  1. In the pop-up, choose the group you want to restore.

  2. Click Unarchive to confirm.

The group will now reappear in your group and project list.
