Adding members to your playlists is simple and straightforward.

Here’s how to add a member to your playlist in just a few clicks:

1. Click the Invite button within the playlist. Alternatively, click the three dots next to the playlist name on the sidebar and select Add members.

2. In the modal window, input the email address of the member you want to invite. If they’re not already part of your team, assign them a role (member or guest) and click Invite to confirm. Once added, members will receive an invitation via email.

Members in a playlist have permissions similar to admins and owners—including listening to tracks, adding files, and customizing columns—but they are restricted from performing the following actions:

  • Removing other users from the playlist

  • Locking the playlist

  • Opening files by clicking on their names

This restriction is in place because some files in a playlist may originate from projects that the member does not have access to.

Also, guests can only listen to tracks and view the columns in the playlist, without additional editing or management capabilities.

Keep this in mind when assigning roles and managing access within your playlists.
