Managing file statuses in Pibox helps you keep track of your project’s progress and review stages. Follow these simple steps to view and update file statuses in the iOS app.
1. Open the project and go to the Files tab
To begin, open the project where your file is located and navigate to the Files tab.
In this section, you can view the current status of each file and update them if you have the required permissions.
2. Access file actions
To change a file’s status, open the additional file actions.
There are two ways to do this:
Option 1: Press and hold the desired file.
Option 2: Tap the ellipsis (⋯) next to the file name.
From the action menu, tap Change status.
3. Select a new status
In the pop-up window, choose the new status for your file and then close the window to apply the change.
