Inviting team members to collaborate in Pibox is simple. Follow this guide to add new users via email or invitation link.
How to invite via email
1. Open the Users window. There are two ways to access it:
From the project list: Press and hold the desired project, then tap the Users button.
From inside the project: Tap the ellipsis (⋯) in the top-right corner, then select Users.
2. View current members and manage access. The Users window displays all current project members.
To add a new member, tap “+” New user.
To remove a member, tap the red “–” icon next to their name.
3. Invite a new user.
Select an existing team member or type a new email address in the Email field.
Choose the appropriate role ****(Member or Guest).
Tap Invite user to send the invitation.
Once the invitation is sent, the user will receive an email with a link to join your project.
How to invite via link
1. Open the Link window. Similar to inviting by email, there are two ways to open it:
From the project list: Press and hold the desired project, then tap the Link button.
From inside the project: Tap the ellipsis (⋯) in the top-right corner, then select Link.
2. Copy or regenerate your invitation link.
Choose the role your invitees will receive once they join.
Tap Copy link to copy your invitation URL.
To disable an old link and create a new one, tap Regenerate link.
Share the copied link with your teammates. Once they open it, they’ll be guided to log in or sign up to Pibox and will automatically gain access to your project.
