The "Pin" feature in Pibox is designed to help you organize your work more efficiently by allowing you to pin your projects and groups to the top of the list for all team members.

This feature is only available in the Pro plan, and only admins and owners have the ability to pin and swap pinned projects and groups.

To pin a project or group, click on the ellipsis next to the project or group and select "Pin" from the drop-down list. Follow the same steps to unpin a project or group, but click "Unpin" instead.

Swapping pinned and unpinned projects and groups is also easy - simply hold and drag the project or group to your desired location in the list. This feature allows you to easily reorganize your work and ensure that your most important projects and groups are always easily accessible at the top of the list.
