In Pibox, you can easily provide and receive detailed feedback on all file formats. Whether it’s an audio track, video, or image, opening a file is the first step to giving and receiving detailed feedback. You can open files for review in multiple ways: either from the Files tab or directly from the Chat.
How to open a file in Chat
Here’s how you can open files directly from your Chat:
Comment button – This button is always visible on audio, video, and photo files.
File name – The file name will appear highlighted in green.
Clicking directly on the file – Simply click on the visible area of the file to open it.
How to open a file in the Files tab
In the Files tab, a file is opened by double-clicking on it. If you click once, the file will become highlighted in gray. Double-click within the gray zone to open the file.
