Collaborating through comments is easy with the Pibox iOS app. You can leave precise frame-based, range-based, general, or private comments directly on your files.
Single-frame comments
Use a single-frame comment to give feedback on a specific moment in an audio, video, or image file.
Play the file and pause at the exact frame you want to comment on.
Type your comment in the box below the player and press Enter.
Your comment will be pinned to that frame, making it clear where revisions are needed.
Range-based comments
Use a range-based comment to leave feedback on a specific section or range of the file.
Pause playback at the start of the section you want to highlight.
Tap the Range Selection button, then drag the blue brackets to select your desired range.
Type your comment and press Enter.
Your comment will now highlight the entire selected section, accurate down to the frame.
General comments
Need to leave general feedback not tied to a specific frame? Here’s how:
Uncheck the box next to the track’s timestamp.
Write your comment and press Enter.
Your comment will appear in the thread without being linked to a specific moment.
Private comments
Starting with the Team plan, you can send private comments visible only to project Owners and Admins.
Tap the planet icon.
In the pop-up window, select For admins.
To switch back to public comments, repeat the steps and select To all users. For more details, see: How to post a private comment in Pibox.
