Pibox iOS app offers an easy way to upload content, review & comment right on the wave, create your projects and chat with your colleagues. While Pibox on the web still has full functionality, the Pibox app brings the basic features of Pibox right to your phone. It's the first step into the future of the Pibox mobile experience.
How Pibox iOS App works
How to upload content: It’s easy to start uploading with the Pibox iOS app.
1. Open the app
2. Click your project
3. Click a button Upload
4. Choose a file from your files or media library and see the content inside your project
You can also import files from Any App to Pibox for a creative collaboration process. Choose your favorite Messenger, Cloud Storage, File Management or even Voice Memos App and move your file into creative collaboration mode 🚀
Press the Share Button in Any App > Select Pibox > Select Group/Project > Press Send
How to leave comments: Here are the two ways of leaving comments on your content.
Single frame comment
To comment on a specific frame of the audio file to review, you will want to create a single frame comment. While listening to an audio file or watching a video:
Pause playback on the frame you wish to leave a comment
Write the comment in the comment box below the player
Click Enter
Your comment will now be pinned to this exact frame making it easy for any member of your team to know where a revision needs to be made. This way of commenting works with such types of formats as audio, video, image.

Range-based comment
If you’re looking to comment on a specific section of the audio file, you will want to create a range-based comment.
Pause playback on the frame you wish to leave a comment
Tap and hold on the yellow bracket and drag it to highlight the range you want to be selected
Write the comment in the comment box below the player
Click Enter
The comment line will be stretched and highlight the entire section, exactly down to the frame.
How to invite members in your projects:
Being in your project click (+) top on the right. Here you can see your current members if they were previously invited and also you can add new ones via sharing invitation links with them.
Click the Copy invitation link button and choose to invite new users as Member or Guest.
Send an invitation link via messengers or email. Here you can read more about Pibox users' roles.
The possibility to remove users from the team is only available in the web version.
How to create groups and projects:
Click the (+) plus sign on the right in the header inside your Team.
Give your Project/ Group a name
Click the Create button.
How to use chat:
With our Public Chat you can collaborate with other reviewers in a fun & creative environment. Just add your message and start your collaboration in the Chat

If you are in Team Billing Plan and Upper and would like to separate some aspects from the public chat, you can use private chat just to discuss some specific moments in your project with the person who is responsible for it.
You can use it if you create this private chat previously on the web version.
How to check file statuses:
You can check the file statuses by going to the “Files” page in your project.
Push notifications on your Mobile Phone:
Stay up to date with push notifications that will help you not forget about important things such as new team members in your projects, uploading new files, chat messages, comments and replies or file status changes.
You can manage all your notifications in the notification centre on the website application.
