Share your audio files using Pibox Review and Demo links with anyone, anytime, anywhere, and for free, without limits or restrictions. You can share audio files with as many people as you like with no fear of running out of user seats or having to pay for extra capacity. It's a great way to collaborate with colleagues and your clients and an even better way to share your audio files with the world.
A shareable link in Pibox can now be used in two ways:
As a Review link, which is particularly handy if you have colleagues outside the company. After a simplified registration, these users can:
- comment on media (audio/picture/video) files, just like regular users, but without logging into the project;

As a Pibox project member, with the Review link, you can set the:
To learn how it works, follow the instructions below.
1) Click on the “Share” button, you can do it on the File tab by selecting the file you want or inside the file itself.
2) In the modal window that opens, you are presented with the "Review Link" tab. To activate this link, you need to click on this switch, which turns the link on and off.
3) After the link has been enabled, you have the opportunity to customize the link, namely:
Expiration is when this link will be active; after this period, the link will be unavailable. This feature is available on the Team plan.
Allow download - by disabling it, you will prevent users who follow this link from downloading the shared file;
Allow comments - by turning on this setting user will be allowed to comment on the shared file;
Allow changing the status of comments - you can either allow or prohibit changing the status of comments.
4) After you have completed all the settings, we can copy the link and send it. As soon as a user follows this link, a registration window will open for him, but if he is authorized in Pibox, then a window with a shared file will immediately open for him. If you are not previously logged in, click on the "Log In" button and log in, or you can perform Google authorization. If you didn't have a Pibox account, you would need to register without email verification.
5) After completing all the above steps, the user will be provided with a shared file.
As a Demo link
1) Once you've selected a file and navigated to the "Share link" modal, you need to go to the "Demo link" tab.
2) Turn on the settings for the Demo link:

Disable the download button if you want to show a file to an external user but do not allow the download.
3) After setting up the link, copy and send it to the user; he/she doesn't need to perform authorization/registration; he/she needs to follow the link, and he will be taken to the "Demo link" of the file.
