Efficient file management is the key to smooth teamwork. Pibox gives you a project-based workspace to keep everything organized and under control. Once your project is ready, you can upload files in two easy ways:
Drag and drop them into the Chat or Files tab
Or select files from your device manually (explained below)
The second method will be described in more detail below.
Upload via the Chat tab
You can quickly share files with your teammates right in the project chat:
Open the project chat.
Click the “+” button to select the file or folder you wish to upload.
Select the file or folder from your device.
Confirm the upload, and your file will be securely added to your project.
Upload via the Files tab
For more structured file management, upload files directly in the Files tab:
Navigate to the Files tab in your project.
Click on the Upload button to select the file or folder you wish to upload.
Select the file or folder from your device.
Confirm the upload, and your file will be securely added to your project.
💡 Note: You can choose whether uploaded files appear in chat or stay only in the Files tab.
