If you simultaneously work with other independent companies in Pibox, you can copy files between teams of different companies if the company owner allows it.

If you are an Owner you can set up this setting in the Company tab, which is located in the personal settings, you can both allow and disallow copying files/folders between companies.

​Step 1. Сlick on the tab Files in the chat page (see screen below).

​Step 2. Choose and click on the file or folder (see screen below).

​Step 3. Click on the 3 dots on the panel with file features in the drop-down list and select the team you need (see screen below).

​ Step 4. Choose the company and needs team you need to copy the file/folder (see screen below).
