If you collaborate with multiple independent companies in Pibox, you can easily copy files between teams — as long as the Company Owner has allowed this feature.
Enable cross-company file copying (for Owners)
If you’re a Company Owner, you can enable or disable this option in your company settings:
Go to your Profile Settings.
Open the Company tab.
Toggle the setting to allow or restrict copying files to other companies.
How to copy files or folders between companies
Follow these steps to copy files or folders from one company’s team to another:
Step 1. Open the Files tab
Navigate to the Files tab.
Step 2. Select a file or folder
Choose the file or folder you want to copy.
Step 3. Open the file options
Click the three dots (⋯) next to the file name to open the options menu, then select Copy.
Step 4. Choose the destination company and team
Select the company and team you want to copy the file or folder to.
Then, continue with the regular copy or move file process.
💡Note: Make sure the target company has enabled file sharing between organizations before attempting to copy files.
