You can deactivate a previously created shared link to a file using two methods: using the Links tab or in the Share Link pop-up window.

These two methods will be described below.

Using the Links tab

With this method, you don’t have to manually search for the file.

1. Start by opening the project that contains the file you shared via a link.

2. Once the project is open, navigate to the Links tab to access all shared links in one place.

3. In the Links tab, you’ll see a list of all your shared files and any File Request folders associated with the project. To deactivate a link, simply locate the file or folder, then toggle the switch (turn it off) next to it. The link will be immediately disabled.

4. Additionally, next to the toggle switch, you’ll find a three-dot menu. Click it to open a dropdown where you can either adjust the link settings or delete the link entirely.

Note: Once disabled, anyone with the link will no longer have access.

In the Share Link pop-up window

1. To use this method, locate the file you want to work with and open the Share Link window. You can do this from the Chat, Files, or Links tabs by selecting the file, or directly from within the file itself.

2. In the open modal window, simply toggle the Access (On/Off) slider to deactivate the link. Once switched off, the link is no longer active. This method applies to both Review and Demo links.
