Creating groups and projects directly from your iOS device is very easy. Just follow the simple steps below:
How to create a group in the Pibox iOS app
Groups help you organize related projects and team members. Follow these steps to create one:
Go to the Home screen.
Tap the “+” button in the top-right corner.
Select “Create group.”
From the dropdown menu, choose Create group.
Name your group.
In the pop-up window, enter your group’s name and tap Create to confirm.
Finish creating the group by clicking the “Create” button.
Once completed, your new group will open automatically, allowing you to add projects or members.
How to create a project in the Pibox iOS app
You can create a standalone project (not in a group) or a group project (inside an existing group). Here’s how to do both:
Create a standalone project
On the Home screen, tap the “+” button in the top-right corner.
Select Create project from the dropdown list.
Enter the project name in the pop-up window.
Tap Create to finish.
Your project will be created and automatically open so you can start uploading files or inviting members.
Create a project within a group
1. Open the desired group. You have two ways to start creating a project:
Option 1: Press and hold the group name on the Home screen, then tap New project from the dropdown list.
Option 2: Open the group, tap the ellipsis (⋯) in the top-right corner, then select Create project.
2. In the project creation window, enter your project name and tap Create.
Your new project will now appear within the selected group and open automatically for further setup.
