Downloading files using a ZIP archive compresses one or more files into one place, reducing their overall size and making it easier to transfer data.

ZIP archive feature is available in the Pro plan.

To upload multiple files and folders to Pibox using ZIP, follow these steps:

Step 1. To select specific files, hold down "Ctrl" and click on the files or folders you want to download.

Step 2. To select all project files except versions, hold down "Shift" and click the topmost file, then click the bottommost file. If files are attached as versions, the latest version of the file will be selected.

Once you've selected the files you want to download, click the ellipsis and select "Download zip" from the drop-down list.

In the pop-up window that appears, click the "Proceed" button. Note that the pop-up window will display the time after which the file will start downloading.

If you want to download all project files, use Step 2 (described above) to select all files. For remaining unselected files, such as earlier versions of the file, use Step 1 to download all project files.

If you didn't have time to download the file before processing the archive, don't worry. We'll send you an email with a link to download the archive, or you can download it through your notifications by opening them and finding the "Archive ready" notification.
