A group is a place where you create, manage, and organize your projects (it’s like a folder that holds several projects)
The project is the main place for collaboration. It organizes communication, file sharing, file commenting, statuses, and all other creative collaboration features available in Pibox.
In Pibox, you can create projects in the group, and outside the group, they appear on the left.
To create a new project or group in which you will create projects, click on the plus sign “+“ (example on screenshot).
In the pop-up list, select what you want to create, a project, or a group (example on screenshot).
Create a project outside the group in 2 steps:
1. Fill in the name of the project
2. Click on the button "Create."
Create a group in 3 steps:
Enter a name for the group
Add a description to your group (if necessary)
Сlick on the "Create" button
Create a project in the group.
After your group has been created, you need to create a project. To do this, click on this plus sign “+.”
In the pop-up that opens, click on "Create project."
Next, you need to:
1. Fill in the name of the project
2. Click on the button "Create."
After creating this project, you can start working on it or create more projects in this group.
This way, projects appear inside a group, like in a folder.
